Gauss Private Tutoring (One-on-one) in Physics/Chemistry
Physics and Chemistry are mandatory and critical to the students in many fields of sciences and engineering. The parents consider more about future jobs after graduations from universities, hoping their kids can make more rational (cautious) decisions in continuing physics/ chemistry at grade 11/12. However many students may encounter two common problems: One is the interest of the students. Some may be enthusiastic about business administration and many others may not be interested in both physics and chemistry. The other factor is the ability. People tend to give them up because of test results and confidence, especially under the stress of multiple heavy subjects after grade 11.
In fact a lot of students have great potential in science, but unfortunately do not attach comparative attention to or reluctantly spend the adequate time on both subjects. Once a student has screwed up either course at grade 11, it shed slim hope very likely to the choice of science or engineering-related faculties. Therefore grade 10 science, together with grade 11 physics/ chemistry both, are all crucial to such foundation and confidence. They can never be done in a perfunctory manner, and a student at least needs to secure the mark of 85%. Starting grade 11, science is broken down into three: physics, chemistry, and biology where each one is a major. It is no longer easy for a student to keep all three above 90 by merely memorizing and reviewing right before a test, let alone the pressure piled up by English and mathematics.
There are pretty big gaps between the grade 11 and 12 in Ontario for the workload and difficulties in both physics and chemistry, which is not a bit better than in East Asia. Henceforth Jesse strongly suggest a student handles these two courses with all his might once he has decided in taking. A bad mark from either subject passing the drop-date will be considered in the application to any programs and universities. It is wise for an average student to review the past or prepare for the upcoming science subjects even they are not taking such, given the affordable time and budget. Our tutoring service help the students improve the understanding of the courses and the test results in very short time.
David Kao graduated from McMaster University as a Bachelor of Science in Life Science. He joined our faculty in 2013, specialized in physics, chemistry, and science with hundreds of cases. He can pin down the problems of a student right away from his homework and response. By understanding complicated theories through easy examples, he also keeps quizzing the student in the class and passes the key of memorizing. We hope every student of ours will obtain the offers from their top choices in the applications to universities, and moreover they are enthusiastic and successful in science.
