Rules and Fees in-person Group Math Class Spring Semester 2026
-
1. The First Class: Our class starts on Jan 31st (Saturday) 2026 this year. Please pay for the first class individually--$40 for grade 8 /9/10, $45 for grade 11/12. A new student who never attended here has a special promotion of $20 for the 1st class (Not applied to Calculus/ Data) in which the parents are welcome to join. Please kindly inform us afterwards whether to join our class for the whole term and Please pay the whole term in the 2nd class (with the 1st deducted) to continue.
-
-
2. Number of Students: Each class in principle is restricted to no more than 7 students (included) for in-person class. We will open a new class ASAP if a class is full.
-
-
3. Determine a Class: Jesse insists the best quality and the same pace (one week ahead) with day school for most students. As soon as a class has reached 4 students for certain, that class will be determined. In case of individuals without forming a class, we have private tutors, in person or online both available.
-
-
4. Scheduling a Class: The class-time frames are determined by the majority of current students in the beginning of a term (early September, February, and August). Jesse will contact the students directly using telephone to decide a few days ago. Keep in touch with me please.
-
-
5. Skipping a Class: Skipping a class inflicts a blow in the efficacy of a student’s study. Not only does he hardly follow in the next one, but also it disturbs and slows down the whole class, which thus infringes the right of the others. Please do not skip any class and kindly understand that we can never make up, carry over, or refund a skipped or missed session for any reasons in any periods. Henceforth, parents are strongly suggested to fully communicate and discuss with the student before making a full payment.

-
6. Critical Weather: We will call each student in the in-person class the night before a severe storm or freezing-rain to switch into on-line once. Please leave us your extra contact number.

7. Holidays: We still have classes over long weekends except the breaks in Christmas and New Year and March Break. (see our calendar).
